Typically used in assembly processes, designed according to Customer specifications in every single part. The products or the pallets on which they are placed, can be moved thanks to motorized conveyor belts, rollers and magnetic tracks or, specific pallets or shuttles, can be equipped with an on-board power supply that with dedicated sensors, can move independently.
A plant can host one or more lines, on one or more levels, with theoretically infinite paths and dimensions. Along the line it is possible to create manual, semi-automatic, robotic or hybrid work stations with the presence of collaborative robots (cobots), granting exceptional levels of flexibility, reliability and efficiency. These systems satisfy the Industry 4.0 requirements.
